How do I view an extended history of a player's account?
Click on their GUID. Make sure your browser supports JavaScript and that your popup blocker is disabled for the site.
I clicked on the players GUID but nothing happened. What should I do?
Make sure your browser supports JavaScript and that your popup blocker is disabled for this site.
Why are there accounts linked to mine that I've never used or seen before?
Accounts are linked through their IP addresses. If both the accounts at one point used the same IP address the account will show up as linked. Click on the button that says "View Link Info" for more details. Players with dynamic IP addresses can easily suffer from false links.
I noticed a player that was kicked for a "Game Hack" violation. Why is he not banned?
Not all "Game Hack" violations actually indicate a hack. Some violations such as #80023 aka "Game File Mismatch" indicate a corrupt or missing game file.
Why do no accounts show up when I search for a player's name I just saw on a server?
There are two possible reasons for this. One, the player is using a new account that has not yet been recorded into our database. Or two, the player recently changed his name and our database has not yet updated.
Under linked accounts I sometimes see a account that has no name, only a GUID, what is going on?
This is an error within our database. Please let us know by posting on our forums (http://www.hazardaaclan.com/?request=forum)
Under the login comparison tool all the IP addresses are either red or orange. Does this mean the player is banned?
No. Each time the IP address changes from one to another on the list it changes colors. So each group of identical IP addresses are colored the same, then when the IP changes that group is colored a different color - red and orange. This pattern continues though the entire list.
I have accounts linked to me that are not mine. How can I remove the link?
You cannot have the link removed, however you should be able to prove it is not yours by clicking the button titled "View Link Info."
I want to link to your site. Can I do that? Do you have an image I can use?

What is a GUID?
A GUID (Globally Unique Identifier) is a 32 byte hexadecimal string representation of a 128 bit modified MD5 hash used to identify an account. It is unique to the account it is assigned to and will never change. Due to this property all accounts in this database are referenced by GUID. Each unique GUID represents a separate account.
What does being linked to an account mean and how are accounts linked together?
Accounts are linked automatically by the Account History tool when both linked accounts used a common IP address (regardless of when.) This provides a starting point for further investigation into a player's background. The results displayed are in no way conclusive. That is, being linked does not mean that the two accounts are in fact the same player. When conducting a proper background check on a player, one should always use the "View Link Info" button, displayed on the linked account line, to further investigate the link. At the top of the page is a table that displays the IP address(es) that linked the two accounts together. If the linking IP address is used at (essentially) the same time on both accounts one can (safely - in most cases) assume that the two accounts are shared by the same player (or household.) Please remember, even if you can show that the two accounts originate from the same IP address there is still no proof that the accounts are used by a single player. There is always the possibility of a brother, sister, mother father, friend, internet cafe user, etc... that plays at the same location as the other player.
Some fields under the linked accounts section of a player's account history are highlighted green. What does that mean?
Each piece of current information on a linked account is compared to the respective piece of current information on the primary account, if the current information match each other then it is highlighted green.
What's with the CAPTCHA session validation that pops in the middle of me browsing a player's account history. It's really annoying!
Unfortunately, due to the unique information that is available to the public on this site steps must be taken to assure it's security. There have recently been many attempts to steal information from this site by automated robots that mine information. Also, these robots place undue stress on the server that could otherwise be allocated to speed up queries made by our primary audience, humans. In order to prevent these robots from being successful we have to implement a CAPTCHA scheme that cannot be easily defeated by computers. Understandably, it is an inconvenience to the end-user but it is neccessary for the continued operation of the site.

An example of the CAPTCHA image you may encouter:
